Terms of Service

1. The service

Veo Archiver automatically discovers new recordings on your connected Veo account and uploads them to your connected YouTube channel. The service operates on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself (or your organization) to these Terms. You must have valid, active accounts on both Veo and YouTube.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content uploaded to YouTube through this service. You must have the rights to any videos archived.
• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, Veo's Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
• You must not use the service to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates platform policies.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing and payment

After your free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Archiving depends on third-party APIs (Veo, YouTube) that may impose quotas or experience outages outside our control. We are not liable for missed or delayed uploads caused by third-party API limitations.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or remain unpaid after a grace period. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
